seniorOS in the United States

seniorOS is live in Brazil first, built to Brazilian rules. In the United States, we are opening early-access conversations. The rules that apply in the United States (state licensing rules, CMS requirements for certified nursing facilities and HIPAA where it applies) are not yet configured in the product, and we will not deploy there until they are.
