Deployment
You change nothing on day one.
seniorOS comes in by stages, starting with what hurts most, without a big IT project.

seniorOS in the United States
seniorOS is live in Brazil first, built to Brazilian rules. In the United States, we are opening early-access conversations. The rules that apply in the United States (state licensing rules, CMS requirements for certified nursing facilities and HIPAA where it applies) are not yet configured in the product, and we will not deploy there until they are.
The stages
Site visit
We get to know the home, the network and the cameras you already have, at night too.
Connection agreed with your IT
At the visit we agree how the cameras connect to seniorOS.
Rooms, beds and residents
Loaded from the home's own list.
Consents and contracts
Recorded per resident and per purpose.
First alerts
For the residents the team selects (next module).
One module at a time
At your team's pace.
Where it runs
Today seniorOS runs in the cloud in São Paulo for Brazilian homes. For the United States, hosting and data location will be set up in line with local rules before any deployment.
- Runs in the cloud in São Paulo, with the data in Brazil Live
- The same system running on a server inside the home Next
What the home provides
- An IT contact
- Network access to the cameras
- The occupancy list: residents, rooms and beds
- A nurse who owns the alerts
The pilot. The pilot is agreed in the first call, with indicators set together with your team.
Let's talk about your home.
If a big IT project is what holds the decision back, it is not needed.
The first call is about your home, not a demo. Or write to hello@senioros.care
